Was charged 89.71 for the product i never received.What address was it sent? we moved about the time you would have sent it. plus my husband was in and out of emergency rooms and hospital and beauty products was the last thing i was thinking about. Purchased two items from them "just pay for the cost of shipping." Sounded like a good deal so I did. Next bank statement came out and I had a charge from them for $180.00. Contacted them immediately and told them that they had charged my account in error and not authorized. They then tried to sell me the terms and conditions that was included and/or emailed to me, which of course I never saw. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, manager and "unfortunately the supervisor isn't available." I then contacted my bank who stated there was nothing they could do, but to advise me to close and destroy my card and gave me the number to the PSCU to report this fraud.

you have made charges against my credit card that were not authorized by me. I have cancelled my card and will be contacting the better business bureau to file a claim against you. the charges were for 89.77 and 89.71. I expect these charges to be returned to my bank immediately. I never authorized you to make these charges. Your website is at the least deceptive. No where was there information about a subscription. I find your action discussing. I am an elderly lady on social security. shame on you for doing this sort of thing. you have caused me to be overdrawn at my bank incurring overdraft charges. If necessary I will contact my lawyer to get these charges cancelled and follow through with a law suit to get you put out of business. Ellen Hunnicutt-Gee

Total rip off - because I did not call in the results of the product within 14 days as indicated on the order - I am now being charged $181, I had to cancel my order so I would not receive any additional products.

I mentioned to them it might of been a good idea if they indicated that on the paperwork.

Buyer beware what a way to conduct business, ripping people off - lesson learned.

I told them that I had not even opened the products yet and if I could return them, the answer was NO no returns. I could not get off the phone fast enough. The company than offered me a 35% lifetime discount I said No, how about 50% lifetime discount I said No, how about 75% I said No what was next free?

Same thing happened to me. They did send me the little trial sample and said they told me in an email that if i did not cancel in 14 days i would get charged full price. I never received any email so they charged me full price $89.71. When i called to ask they refused to let me speak to a manager. Refused to refund me the money and also talked really bad to me like it was a game. They refused to let me ask a question and said crazy stuff to me so i hung up. I called back and spoke to 2 more reps and they all talked the same to me. They must be trained to play these games with people and talk to customers like we are idiots. I cannot believe the better business bureau has not shut them down at this point. I'm going to file a claim with better business bureau.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKED.

They lure you in by saying you can get free samples for just the cost of postage, which should have been $8.80, but then they bill your credit card for $180.00. I've also learned that every month they send you more product, and bill your credit card company an additional $180.00. This company is fraudulent, and should be shut down.

Furthermore, the principals should loose their business licenses. FYI, you should also complain to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, The FTC, and your states Attorney General.

I called and cancelled and said I could not return. When the bill comes I plan to dispute the charge. I will also turn it in to the Attorney General Office of Indiana. I am not paying for a scam. I disputed my charge of $89.77 for the same trial size I first received for $3.95.(.50oz.) and called and closed my account. Of course they didn't close it. Next month they billed me $93.72 for eye cream and $94.66 for face cream that I never even received. I disputed my credit card and they called the company and they said send it back for a partial refund and are now going to rebill me. Why would call the scam company to check the scam out. I am filing with the Indiana Attorney General and will not pay that company a cent.

Same as others - ordered "free trial", paid handling - then received full amount for 30 day supply. (Not sure who uses this much face cream in 30 days - way too much.) I found the full charge on my credit card statement. Called and was told I could not return, could not be refunded because I was passed a 14 day trial period. Shipping took 10 days! Now I have been charged again and just received a box in the mail. Wanted to return all and receive credit card credit for ALL charges. My charges for face cream in less than 60 days total $367.86 not including the $4.95 and $3.95 for shipping and handling of the "free trial". Very bad business practices. Scam, scam, scam. I want 100% refunded.

Free trial just to automatically send you the product every month. I was charged $180 and told them i just wanted to send back and get a refund and they refused! Also the email addresses for the support team aren't legit. Do not buy this product!!!!!!!!! They are a total scam and the customer service was ridiculous. I do not know how they keep getting away with this. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and i hope everyone else does too!!!! They need to be shut down and stop ripping people off!!!

Purchased as a gift for my wife, which it turns out she did not want. Called Aurora WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD and told them I wanted to cancel. The woman took down the information and said my account had been cancelled and that I would not be billed. The next month a bill for $89.77 showed up on my statement. When I called back they said they had NO RECORD OF MY CALL and that there was nothing they could do. Even though the product has NOT BEEN OPENED, the woman said that they would not take it back and that the best they could do was to issue a 35% refund. TOTAL SCAM!!

You you saw this product on dr oz as did I ordered my free trial which you pay for shipping and you get the product in a few weeks almost forgot I ordered it till it came . No shipping label or any paper for that fact in the box I found the number very tiny on the side of the box and called them right away and they said after 14 of which they start counting from the day they ship not the day you get it !

You have to cancel and send back product to not be charged 89.95 so I asked where to send it back to as no address on box and I just kept being told how good product was etc!

And then went on to say it's been over 14 days even if i just got it so I can no longer return so I explained I just revived it and customer service did not want to here about it at the point told me to have a good day and hung up ! Do NOT get fooled by free trial just pay shipping its not on there web site anywhere and now have a claim with my bank to get back the $$ if this has happened to you there # 1-80*-692-**** call then asap

Very bad - don't take the trial. If you don't cancel, they charge your credit card with the cost and quickly ship out more.

Once it is shipped, they hit your card again at $90. per product.

And you can not get a refund, they don't allow you to ship back.

I say run as fast as you can!

Ordered the products with the understanding that shipping was for $2.95. Received them in a plain brown envelop, no return address. Later charged $89.00 for the two products. Compare to putting crisco shortening on your face. Called to dispute charges to company call center and was told no refunds. Call center is not part of company but only handles customer requests, etc. Call center representative told me Aurora products terms and conditions are rather sneaky in the listing for the ad. Could not receive a refund because I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period. Made a mistake and now will just have to suck up the cost.

Ordered product,took a wk to even get,have not used very much.

Checked bank statement to find out they took almost 180.00 out of my account !!!! Called , got nowhere!!!!

they don't refund,they don't tell where to ship product back to!!!!!!!! Lady on phone told me she would cancel future orders and would send me email with confirmation in minutes !!!! You can guess,I never received anything !!!!!! BIG SCAM,VERY EXPENSIVE !!!!!

I think these people should be taken to court and have to pay back every cent !

The product is a small jar and small bottle !

On ad it looks good size,not so ! The 14 days is a real scam--- it is written very small - and they make sure it doesn't get to you until its to late to send back!

They are scam artists!!! I would not recommend ordering their free samples which I did.

They in turn charged me $187.00 for future orders which I did not commit to.

If anyone has a number for this company, please provide. Thank you.
